The Outlast covers now have a new Zip and can stand a lot more rougher treatment than the old zip.
Trade shows for 2011 are to be announced on our website and we also hope to be at the Daly Mail show in earls’ court.
No VAT rises are in the pipeline for Sleepform as will endeavour to keep prices down for the whole of 2011.
A new contour pillow is to be made and will be available later in the year.
The Vat rises are now in place in the UK and will add 20% to the purchase price on most goods, many companies are struggling in the UK at the moment and they are trying to keep the costs down by no passing on the vat to customers, we feel that this will add to the many closed shops in the high street as the rent and rates keep rising and the sales are getting harder to complete.
The rise and fall of water beds.
Water beds now seem to be a endangered species as the last company that we know of in the manufacture of inflatable’s that include waterbeds has now closed.
The company made its last water bed in September 2010 and the announced the total shutdown of all the factory.
This is a sad time for this factory that had 7 people working for it.
