April 2010 New scams online.
It is a sad day when we have to include the latest scams on our news pages but we have been informed about the clay scam again (see other news).
The main point of these scams is to increase the profit margins for the companies making and distributing these products in the Europe and the UK.
We have seen some good memory foam that has been manufactured in the Far East but unfortunately it is a very small amount, there are many memory foam mattresses coming in from china and Asia and then offered for sale on sites such as ebay, we recommend that you do not purchase form such places.
If you are buying a new memory foam mattress on the internet, then there are a few tips to try to make sure you are happy with the purchase.
Look for a trial period on the mattress, this will give you a opportunity to test the mattress and see if it’s ok for you as not everyone likes memory foam.
Look for a phone number and call the company, establish where the memory foam is made and google the companies name so you can find out more information.
If doubt still exists, then call 0800-0430753 for advise.
